Problems I Solve: I am responsible for helping Executives and HR Leaders provide best-in-class employee benefits to their employees while eliminating waste within their health plan.

I help clients develop long-term healthcare and employee benefit strategies that allow employers to attract and retain top talent while containing costs with minimal disruption.

The Importance of my Role: Healthcare is expensive. It’s approaching 20% of the nations GDP and medical bills are the number #1 reason of bankruptcy in the United States. Employers and employees are now paying more than they ever have for the least amount of coverage ever.

My role is to show employers a new way where they can reverse this trend. Contrary to belief, you actually need to improve benefits in order to reduce costs. It’s not as complicated as it sounds but it does take some work.

My goal is to make the complicated mess of healthcare as simple as possible so that all employers can take advantage of the best strategies in the market today regardless of their size

I have also earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

About Me: I live in Indianapolis, Indiana with my wife, two golden doodles, two cats, and a handful of silkie chickens. In my free time, I love traveling with my wife and dogs, sampling the local Indianapolis gastronomy, and putting some time in the local garage gym.
