LAFAYETTE, INDIANA (July 9, 2021) – Henriott Group, Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Zachary Finn as the agency’s Director of Risk Management. Zach will be responsible for risk management client education, industry vertical risk management solutions, client engagement, and making sophisticated risk management more mainstream.

Throughout Zach’s 21-year career, he has worked or consulted for several Fortune 500 Companies, small-large businesses, co-ops, insurance agencies, Lloyds of London Syndicates, and more. He has worked on risk management issues across several industries, and is an expert in the areas of manufacturing, food and beverage, and supply-chain logistics.

“I spent the last 10 years as the Director of the Davey Risk Management & Insurance (RMI) Program at Butler University,” explained Zach. “I helped found, and ran, what is now the 9th largest undergraduate RMI program in the U.S., with the world’s 1st student developed and run captive insurance company. I also ran a successful risk management consulting company during my time at Butler and helped advise the U.S. Congress on the creation of model Pandemic Risk Insurance Act legislation to help mitigate the impact to insurance markets from COVID-19.”

His professional journey has been all about learning, mastering, and helping to advance the discipline of risk management and insurance. He claims there is often a wide disparity in the level of resources and advice Fortune 500 firms receive verses the rest of the economy.
